Once again, the scariest time of the year is upon us - no, not tax season, Halloween!  A time for ghosts, ghoulish, and devilishly awesome playlists.  Here's some resources, musical and otherwise, to help you get in the mood.

• Wired For Music's own Halloween Playlist is still a classic, and will continue to be so, long after this blog has been consigned to its spooky grave.
  
  
• The Washington Post features clips of 8 scary movies "most likely to wreck a childhood."
  
  
• NPR has a nice rundown of "Halloween Tricks and Audio Treats."
  
  
• Slacker Radio is featuring a pretty good curated Halloween station.
  
  
• Pandora's "Haunt Your House" and "Halloween" stations offer some good spooky musical fun, along with sound effects and scary movie themes.
